Claim data moves only after a Business Associate Agreement is signed, and only through an encrypted portal.

How it works

• Sign a Business Associate Agreement before any file moves.
• Export a claims CSV from the dispensing system for the date range you choose.
• Upload that file through the encrypted portal.
• Receive a discrepancy schedule with claim-level results and totals by PBM.

Pricing

Diagnostic fee: $450 per audit. Contingency: 10 percent of underpayments actually recovered. No software to install and no monthly subscription.
